If, as a breeder, you wish to register a foal in a studbook other than the one where the donor animal was approved for breeding, the breeder requires a zootechnical certificate for the live product (semen/embryo) to submit to the other studbook. The zootechnical certificate is drawn up at the request of the center by the studbook where the donor was approved for breeding, and the center provides the data regarding the collection to that studbook.
